uhhhhhhhhhhh errrrrrrrrr uhhhh i mean i think this month ive read more visual novels than i have in years so i will claim this is part of my game development.

but all things considered, i dont really have much to share this month. life has been hell, moving to a new apartment is finally complete and everything is fully sort out and ive been working on recovering from that mental and physical fatigue. even with my hands being A LOT better than they were few years back, im still unfortunately living on various levels of nonstop pain. now that a new month rolled over i think i have the motivation and energy to start put all these thoughts together into my game again

one thing ive been thinking a lot especially when playing and looking at other games is the aesthetic. i really like how some artists just have a way to tie everything together and make the worlds feel coherent and so incredibly polished.

i really like how eyecatchers look so ive been playing with visuals (and audio) to create my own.

ive also given the backgrounds a good beating. filtering them because what i had before was just too intense and it drew focus from the characters. it looks better when everything is in motion but... too busy!!! ill probably tone them down even more in the future but this is just what i have at the time.

talking of other games, the ones ive recently played and really liked were, in no particular order; no-good noelle, wormgrubber and zonnebloem. consider these my treats to you until i have my own game to release with more content. thanks a lot. optionally you can just look at this fufu and maid i drew c:
